Shipping policy
At Kaleolani Hawaii, every order is prepared with care. Some pieces are made-to-order through our production partner, while others are in-stock or handmade and shipped directly from us.
Processing Time
- Made-to-Order Items: Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
- In-Stock & Handmade Items: Ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
- Preorder Items: Items marked as *Preorder* will ship once they arrive to our studio. Estimated shipping windows will be noted in the product listing.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once all pieces are available. - During holidays or high-demand seasons, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Time
- U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs.
- Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
- Occasionally, items in the same order may ship separately (for example, a made-to-order hat and an in-stock tote).
Important Notes
- Kaleolani Hawaii is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be reshipped without additional charges.
